Shipping Policy
We currently deliver worldwide.

As a thank you for ordering from us, we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Shipping Partner
We ship most of our products with DHL to offer you the fastest possible shipping. Acrylic glasses are shipped with DHL and Hermes.

Delivery Times:
Germany: 2-4 working days
EU-wide: 3-5 working days
Worldwide: 5-10 working days

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date
If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins one day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins one day after the contract is concluded.

The deadline ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Working days are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
