Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 7 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Delivery Time: After shipping, delivery may take 5–15 business days or longer, depending on location and carrier.
  • Delays: Rare delays may occur due to customs, supplier processing, or unforeseen events. Tracking details will be emailed upon shipment.
  • EU Customers: Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have 45 days from receiving your order to withdraw without justification.

  • To return items, contact info@shopmida.com and return unused products in their original packaging.
  • Refunds (excluding return shipping costs) are processed within 14 days of receipt.

Returns & Refunds

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: These are your responsibility unless the error is ours.

Warranty

Liability

  • Under EU law, we are liable for damages caused by defective products or contract breaches.
